Instrucțiuni de ștergere a datelor

Această pagină explică cum poți cere ștergerea datelor tale personale din sistemele Nae Ventures, indiferent dacă ai scris pe WhatsApp unei afaceri care folosește Asistentul nostru AI de recepție sau dacă ai un cont în panoul de administrare al Asistentului.

1. Dacă ai scris pe WhatsApp unei afaceri care folosește Asistentul

Datele pe care le putem deține despre tine: numărul de telefon WhatsApp, numele afișat pe WhatsApp, conținutul conversației (inclusiv informațiile despre sănătate pe care le-ai scris tu, dacă ai scris unei clinici) și cererile de programare (nume, serviciu, data și ora dorite, contact). Cum ceri ștergerea:

  1. Trimite un email la business@nae.ventures cu subiectul „GDPR - Ștergere date".
  2. Scrie în email numărul de telefon WhatsApp de pe care ai scris și, dacă știi, numele afacerii căreia i-ai scris. Fără număr nu putem identifica conversația.
  3. Primești o confirmare a cererii în cel mult 3 zile lucrătoare. Pentru că afacerea este operatorul datelor tale, o informăm despre cerere și executăm ștergerea în numele ei, în cel mult 30 de zile calendaristice de la cererea ta. Îți confirmăm prin email când s-a finalizat.

Poți trimite aceeași cerere și direct afacerii căreia i-ai scris. Rezultatul este același: ea ne transmite cererea, iar noi ștergem.

Ce se șterge din sistemele noastre: conversația ta cu Asistentul, cererile de programare colectate și orice informație pe care ai furnizat-o în conversație. Ce se poate păstra: datele pe care noi sau afacerea suntem obligați legal să le păstrăm (de exemplu documente contabile). Ce nu este în sistemele noastre: copia conversației din aplicația WhatsApp de pe telefonul tău. Pe aceea o ștergi tu, direct din aplicație.

Ștergere automată: conversațiile și tot ce s-a derivat din ele se șterg oricum automat după perioada de retenție stabilită cu fiecare afacere, implicit 12 luni de la ultima activitate.

2. Dacă ai un cont în panoul de administrare (proprietar sau angajat al unei afaceri)

Datele pe care le deținem: adresa de email, numele și, dacă te-ai autentificat prin Google, Microsoft sau Facebook, identificatorul și imaginea de profil primite de la acel furnizor, plus acțiunile tale în panou (de exemplu conversațiile pe care le-ai preluat).

Cum ceri ștergerea: email la business@nae.ventures, subiectul „GDPR - Ștergere cont", trimis de pe adresa de email a contului. Dacă nu mai ai acces la acea adresă, spune-ne, și îți cerem o verificare suplimentară înainte de a acționa. Ștergem contul și datele tale personale în cel mult 30 de zile. Datele afacerii (conversațiile clienților ei, programările) nu sunt ale tale și rămân la afacere; acțiunile tale din panou rămân în istoric fără numele tău, dacă afacerea sau legea cer păstrarea lor. Dacă ești singurul administrator al unei afaceri active, te contactăm întâi pentru a stabili ce se întâmplă cu datele afacerii.

3. Dacă te-ai autentificat prin Google, Microsoft sau Facebook

Poți, de asemenea, să retragi accesul aplicației noastre din setările contului tău la acel furnizor: la Facebook, în Setări și confidențialitate > Setări > Aplicații și site-uri web; la Google, în Contul Google > Securitate > Conexiunile tale cu aplicații și servicii terțe; la Microsoft, în Contul Microsoft > Confidențialitate > Aplicații și servicii. Asta oprește autentificarea prin acel furnizor, dar nu șterge de la sine datele din sistemele noastre: pentru ștergere, urmează pașii din secțiunea 2.

4. Alte drepturi

Pe lângă ștergere, poți cere accesul la datele tale, rectificarea lor, restricționarea prelucrării sau portabilitatea lor, la aceeași adresă. Ai dreptul să depui o plângere la Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Data deletion instructions (English)

Who processes the data: the business you messaged on WhatsApp is the controller of your data. Nae Ventures S.R.L. (business@nae.ventures) is the processor that technically operates the assistant on its behalf. For admin dashboard accounts, Nae Ventures is the controller.

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Nae Ventures systems, whether you messaged a business that uses our AI reception assistant on WhatsApp or have an account in the assistant's admin dashboard.

If you messaged a business that uses the assistant on WhatsApp

Data we may hold: your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp display name, the content of the conversation (including any health information you wrote yourself, if you messaged a clinic) and any appointment request you made (name, service, preferred date and time, contact). How to request deletion:

  1. Email business@nae.ventures with the subject "GDPR - Data deletion".
  2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you messaged from and, if you know it, the name of the business you messaged. Without the number we cannot find the conversation.
  3. You receive a confirmation of the request within 3 working days. Because the business is the controller of your data, we inform it of the request and carry out the deletion on its behalf, within 30 calendar days of your request. We confirm by email when it is done.

You may also send the same request directly to the business you messaged. The outcome is the same: it passes the request to us, and we delete.

What is deleted from our systems: your conversation with the assistant, the appointment requests collected and any information you provided in the conversation. What may be kept: data we or the business are legally required to retain (for example accounting records). What is not in our systems: the copy of the chat in the WhatsApp app on your own phone. You delete that one yourself, in the app.

Automatic deletion: conversations and everything derived from them are in any case deleted automatically after the retention period agreed with each business, by default 12 months after the last activity.

If you have an account in the admin dashboard (business owner or staff)

Data we hold: your email address, your name and, if you signed in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook, the identifier and profile picture received from that provider, plus your actions in the dashboard (for example the conversations you took over).

How to request deletion: email business@nae.ventures, subject "GDPR - Account deletion", sent from the account's email address. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us, and we ask for additional verification before acting. We delete the account and your personal data within 30 days. The business's data (its customers' conversations, appointments) is not yours and stays with the business; your dashboard actions remain in the history without your name where the business or the law requires their retention. If you are the only administrator of an active business, we contact you first to settle what happens to the business's data.

If you signed in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook

You can also remove our app from your account settings at that provider: on Facebook, Settings and privacy > Settings > Apps and websites; on Google, Google Account > Security > Your connections to third-party apps and services; on Microsoft, Microsoft account > Privacy > Apps and services. This stops sign-in through that provider but does not by itself delete data in our systems: for deletion, follow the steps in the section above.

Other rights

Besides deletion, you can request access to your data, rectification, restriction of processing or portability at the same address. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
